Porsche Centre Egypt, SMG Engineering Automotive Co., has been recognised for its outstanding performance and unfaltering commitment to After Sales services at the 2015 Porsche Service Excellence awards. Accredited by Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE, the regional office for the sports car manufacturer, the award recognises the work carried out by Porsche organisations across the region in relation to key aspects of the customer journey.

At an award ceremony hosted by Porsche AG at the medieval Castello di Vincigliata near Florence, Italy last month, Porsche Centre Egypt After Sales manager Eng. Wagdy Bassily received the accolade on behalf of the entire Porsche team. The honour was presented by Porsche’s Vice President of After Sales, Jens Puttfarcken at a gala dinner attended by Porsche service representatives from around the world.

The region-wide evaluation is measured against the brand’s Customer Satisfaction Index, which incorporates direct feedback from customers, personnel training and certification, access to state-of-the-art facilities and service advisors who meet the brand’s unrivalled industry standards. By implementing exceptional post-purchase customer service at the heart of its operation, the team at Porsche Centre Egypt were able to provide guests with a transparent, efficient and high quality After Sales offering.
